With a passion for hair that started at age 11, Ebony Dickerson has turned a lifelong love into a thriving career. After graduating from cosmetology school in 2018, she became a licensed cosmetologist in the state of Maryland in 2019 — and holds a Senior License as well. Since then, Ebony has worked behind the chair mastering all hair types, including natural, relaxed, and braiding styles.

But Ebony's impact goes far beyond the salon chair. For the past several years, she has served as a cosmetology instructor, shaping the next generation of beauty professionals. Her expertise extends to training classes and state board prep, helping aspiring stylists turn their dreams into careers — just like she did.
